If a BOQ is required, we will create a BOQ with latest Romanian prices and submit it to you
If not, we will assist you in deciding a financial offer. On the deadline we will fill the Financial offer together.

The evaluating committee will start opening the 1st folder (“Eligibility”) and if they (yes, they will) have questions, they will send a “Clarification”. We have between 48h to 5 days to reply. All online.
After they finish the Eligibility, they will move to “Technical proposal” (clarifications again) and later, on “Financial offer” (clarifications if price is “unusual small”.

If we didn’t get the contract, we will know why and, if we dislike the report, we can make a contestation to CNSC*. Or move on to the next one

If you win the tender (party) we will continue to assist you in gathering all the required documents (max 30 days) and be there for signing the contract. Of course, we will be assisted by specialized lawyers.
After that we can continue with Implementation Management of the project, manage the subcontractors, the suppliers and workforce. Or not.
